A pivoting two wheeled runner, with a braking mechanism, that attaches to the leading edge of a curtain. The braking mechanism locks the master carrier onto the curtain track. Used mainly for tensioning cycloramas or holding curtains in a fixed position. The braking mechanism on the master carrier is operated by a cord at ground level.
